Natallia Kleshchanka is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient centered care. With extensive clinical experience, she specializes in diabetes management and medical weight loss, while also providing primary care services for patients starting at 18 years of age.
Natallia takes a holistic approach to healthcare, working closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs. She is particularly passionate about helping patients achieve their health goals through lifestyle modifications, proper nutrition, and evidence-based medical interventions.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Stony Brook University and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner certification. She is Board Certified in Family Health and Advanced Diabetes Management.
She maintains active membership in professional nursing organizations such as AANP and is licensed to practice in NY.
